“The human stays in the room.”
AI Unlocked series · Build Your AI Brain
You're already using AI. The question is whether you're using it well.
Build Your AI Brain, the first course in Aivian's AI Unlocked series, is the only two-day bootcamp that trains both systems at once: your AI brain and your human brain. Build a personal AI system that knows your work and writes in your voice.
MOVING PICTURE: Samia's story, from Aivian Press. Tap for sound and full controls.
A note for the non-technical
The human stays in the room.
Our founding principle. This isn't about becoming an AI expert or learning to code. It's about your judgement staying in charge, with the machine doing the lifting.
Two days, online. Cohorts are kept to 10 to 20 people so everyone gets seen.
— Why Aivian created this training —

we keep these pinned up so we never forget how important our training is
The difference between those who use AI well and those who don't isn't access to better tools. It's knowing how to think with AI, and having a system behind it.
— Our report · the gap —
Most AI training misses the human.
Most courses assume your brain is fine, you just need better prompts. But using AI well is a cognitive task: focus, critical evaluation, pattern recognition, and sharp judgement under pressure. When your focus is scattered or your thinking is reactive, AI doesn't help, it amplifies the problem. At Aivian we believe serious professionals need three things most courses don't teach:
our correspondent, teaching. this is what the room looks like
1.
A critical-thinking framework
So you know when AI is right, when it is wrong, and when it is confidently inventing things.
2.
Permanent AI infrastructure
A system that remembers your work and knows your voice, and doesn't live inside a subscription you don't control.
3.
The cognitive foundations
To use both well: trained focus, sharper evaluation, better decisions under pressure.
Build Your AI Brain teaches all three. In eight hours.
— About the second brain —
A personal AI system you own, not rent.
Not a Claude Project. Not a shared cloud folder. A folder of text files that lives on your machine, backs up wherever you choose, and goes with you regardless of which AI tool you use next.
Imagine a personal assistant who has read every document you have ever written, knows every person you work with, understands your communication style, and is available at 3am. Except you built it, you own it, and if any AI company shuts down tomorrow, your system is untouched. It is the same system we use to run Aivian itself, and the one we build for our consultancy clients.
MOVING PICTURE: Akil's story: 60 seconds on what happens when your ideas finally have a system.
— The community board · what you walk away with —
by the end of day two, you will have:
A critical thinking system for AI
The SEE Framework, Sense, Evaluate, Engage, gives you a structured way of working with AI that tells you exactly when to use it, how to verify what it produces, and where the blind spots are. It applies to every AI tool, now and in the future. Yours to use, own, and teach others.
Your own AI second brain
A personal knowledge base, structured, portable, and built around your actual work, that any AI model can read and reason with. A folder of text files, on your machine, backed up wherever you choose. Your knowledge is organised, indexed, and connected automatically, so your AI understands the relationships between projects, clients, decisions, and patterns. Yours to keep forever.
An AI assistant that writes in your voice
Most AI sounds like AI. We've built a specific process that trains Claude to write like you. Most people spend weeks tweaking Claude's tone; in this bootcamp you'll solve it in one afternoon. Then it just works: Claude drafts, you approve, you send, and it keeps improving as you use it. Built by you. Owned by you. Lives on your machine.
Email automation (live)
By the end of Day 2, Claude is already scanning your inbox and drafting replies in your voice. It's working before you leave.
Weekly brain audit (automated)
Your second brain stays healthy and connected, with an audit that runs every week automatically.
Post-cohort group check-in
Access to a group call with other participants and trainers. Share what you've built, ask questions, stay connected.
Trained cognitive skills
Focus, critical thinking, evaluation under pressure, decision-making. The brain behind the prompts, trained and ready.
…and all of it stress-tested on a real project you care about.
ABOVE:the community board: every takeaway pinned where it belongs. You'll leave with a system, not a skill set. All of it is yours to keep.
And whatever you build with us is a folder of files on your own machine. It stays yours, working, whether or not you ever come back to us for anything else.

“One of the most useful trainings on AI I have been a part of. My work has become 80% easier and faster because of this.”
— Siddhant Kanaujia
“I took this course and in just two days I built my own 'brain', a personal folder that contains everything about me, my projects, and my work, all organised for AI to use as context. He explains everything in a way that is really detailed but also really simple. What I appreciated most is how practical the whole thing was.”
— Iaia Colella
“Their courses are extremely valuable. As someone who has not used AI enough in my business, I was extremely impressed about how fast I was able to understand this. In just 2 sessions I have learnt how to create systems that will allow me to scale my business quickly and effectively.”
— Martina Ratti
— The programme · what happens across the two days —
Day 1 · Thinking and Building
Session 12 hours
Thinking Before You Prompt
Most people go straight to the prompt. This session teaches you what to do before that. You will learn the SEE Framework and apply it live to a real task, and meet the question that runs through the whole bootcamp: who does AI overlook, and what does that mean for how you use it?
Session 22 hours
Building Your Second Brain
You will build your second brain. A guided skill walks you through what you do, who you work with, what you are working on, and what you need to know, then derives your folder structure in your own language. No two participants leave with the same brain.
Day 2 · Connecting and Proving
Session 32 hours
Build Your Voice and Wire Your Brain to Email
You will build a voice skill that captures how you actually write: your sentence rhythm, your vocabulary, your register. Then you connect your email and build an automation: Claude scans your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, saves them for review, and delivers a daily digest.
Session 42 hours
Proving It Works
You will stress-test your system against a real project you care about, running a critical-thinking framework on a real output from your brain. The session closes with a personal commitment into your brain and a look at where this goes next.
— Our correspondents · taught by people doing this work at the highest levels —
Build Your AI Brain is delivered by Aivian Ltd. The team behind it co-founded Black AI Futures, Aivian's social arm and the UK's first Black-led AI for Good Network, with a seat in UK AI policy through the AI All-Party Parliamentary Group, plus G20 engagement and Commonwealth reach. That is the policy side.
The delivery side matters just as much. We advise organisations on AI and build the systems ourselves, agentic automations, second brains, and custom tooling that run real workflows in live client and product work. And our cognitive performance lead has trained over 1,500 leaders across 8 countries, from SME founders to C-suite at Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, and the London Stock Exchange.
So you are not learning AI from commentators. You are learning it from people who shape how it is governed and ship with it every day, alongside an expert who trains the thinking behind it.

— The owner's charter · own it, don't rent it —
Every AI tool you use is a rental. Your second brain is property.
Most professionals build their AI workflow inside platforms they don't own, isolated, subscription-dependent, locked to a single tool. When that tool changes its pricing, gets acquired, or shuts down, everything you built goes with it. No other AI bootcamp trains the brain behind the prompt. That is the thinking Aivian was built on.
Notice of ownership · what it means for you
Art. 1Data sovereignty
Your brain lives on your machine. Your client relationships, your strategy, your pricing, none of it is in Anthropic's cloud or Google's servers. You own it entirely.
Art. 2Platform agnostic
Because your brain is a folder of text files, any AI model can read it. Claude today, whatever comes next tomorrow. Your investment compounds.
Art. 3Richer context
A Claude Project might hold a few documents. Your second brain holds your history, your relationships, your voice, your goals, and every decision you have ever captured.
Art. 4Never forgets
There is no context window that expires. Every session adds to it, and nothing falls off the end. Two years from now you can ask it about a conversation you had in 2025 and it will answer accurately.
— Who it's for —
Wanted
You don't need to be technical, or ahead. You just need to recognise yourself here.
Professionals, consultants & business owners who:
✓are already using AI but re-explaining their work from scratch every single session
✓have had an AI tool give them a confident answer that turned out to be wrong, and are not sure how to stop that happening again
✓want to connect their AI to their real workflows rather than running parallel to them
✓understand that the AI race is accelerating and want to be on the right side of it, without handing control to a platform they don't own
✓are carrying real work pressure, job uncertainty, business growth, client demands, and want AI to reduce that load, not add to it
You don't need to be technical. You don't need to know how to code. You need to be serious about your work and ready to build something that lasts.
Reward: your evenings back
— Ask the editor · frequently asked questions —
Q.Is this going to tell me AI is coming for my job?+
A.No. We think the honest position is that AI is genuinely good at some parts of your work and poor at others, and that the people who do well are the ones who can tell the difference. That judgement is what the two days train. We are not in the business of frightening people into a purchase.
Q.What happens to my organisation's data?+
A.Your second brain is a folder of text files on your own machine. Your client relationships, your funding position, your strategy: none of it is uploaded to us, and none of it sits in a platform that can change its terms later. We cover exactly what a given AI tool does and doesn't see, so you can make that call yourself.
Q.Do I need to know how to code?+
A.No. Everything in this bootcamp runs on Claude's Cowork interface, no coding required. If you can open a folder and type, you can do this.
Q.What AI tool do I need?+
A.Claude (Anthropic). You will need a Claude Pro subscription, which is approximately £18 per month. This is the only tool required, and we will tell you exactly what to set up before the course starts.
Q.What if I am already using ChatGPT?+
A.The second brain you build works with any AI model, including ChatGPT. We use Claude in the session because it has the best support for the tools we build, but the framework and infrastructure you create are platform agnostic, you take them wherever you go.
Q.What happens after the course?+
A.Your second brain, your voice skill, and your email automation belong to you. They are files on your machine, with no platform to lose access to. Aivian also runs a post-cohort group check-in for participants who want to share what they have built and ask questions.
Q.What if I can't make all four sessions?+
A.You'll get access to the recording and can catch up asynchronously. You'll still be invited to the post-cohort group check-in, and we'll make sure you're not left behind.
Q.Can this be run for my team or organisation?+
A.Yes. To bring Build Your AI Brain into your organisation as a team programme, contact us at hello@aivianltd.com. Aivian also offers a full AI Readiness Audit and Transformation Programme for organisations that want to go further.
