We collect only what you choose to give us:

• Contact details — your name, email, and organisation when you use our contact form or book a service.
• SEE tool submissions — if you ask us to email your guide from the free SEE decision tool, we collect your email address and, to improve the tool, the high-level choices you made (your task description, selected lens, and engage protocol). Your detailed answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us unless you submit them.
• Marketing consent — whether you opted in to receive insights from us.

We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver services and the resources you request, and — only where you have opted in — to send occasional AI insights. We do not sell your data.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (for marketing and for sending requested resources) and our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and operate our business). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our email delivery provider — and only as needed to provide the service. They process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete it.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@aivianltd.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
