   Discovery and assessment

   We sit inside your operation and map how it actually runs: the systems you pay for, the ones people quietly work around, where data is re-entered by hand, and what is costing you money without anyone tracking it. You get a written assessment at the end of this whether or not you go further with us.

2. 2

   A task list you sign off

   Before a single hour is logged, every task is written down, described and agreed with you. You review it, challenge it, and add anything missing. If it is not on the list, it does not exist, and if the scope changes then the list changes first. This is the step most agencies skip, and it is the one that stops a build turning into an argument about what was promised.

   Built in the agreed sequence

   We build in the order we agreed, in priority order, so the things you need soonest work soonest. You see progress as it lands rather than at the end, and you get a plain account of what was delivered against what was planned.

   Handover, documented

   You get written process documentation for your staff, a technical reference covering every workflow and how it behaves when something fails, and training sessions for the people who will run it. The point is that the system keeps working whether or not you ever call us again.
